Wal-Mart Trucks Going Green...

I was reading a great article in Fast Company about Wal-Mart and their plans for their entire 7,000 tractor-trucking fleet -- they are going green. As we all know, rising fuel prices are having effects throughout the economy and even a giant like Wal-Mart feels the pinch. Their plan is to double their fuel efficiency to 13 miles per gallon by 2015 with an estimated corporate savings of over $300 million per year.

Coming to the big screen...

I blogged about it last week and now it is about to become a major motion picture -- Knight Rider creator Glen A. Larson has announced that they will be taking Michael Knight and KITT to the big screen. No word on whether Hasselhoff will be reprising his role, but one can hope! Hollywood is really out of ideas, aren't they...
