If you’re a frequent shipping customer on uShip, managing multiple shipments at once is now easier due to today’s launch of our new My Shipments page.
Our original page served us well for a long time. However, it was slow, outdated, and hard to navigate for customers with multiple shipments due to poorly organized information and the inability to search for a specific shipment.
The new page accomplishes a couple of things apart from its design. Here’s what frequent shipping customers can expect when they visit My Shipments starting today:
- Better searchability and filtering – with multiple shipments displayed, shipping customers can search their shipments by name, or filter by status and/or date range.
- Performance – by prioritizing the most necessary and relevant shipment information in listings, My Shipments now loads faster. Improved display information will allow for faster shipment discovery and issue resolution time.
- Adaptability – the new design and improved functionality works on both desktop and mobile devices.
